Our Lenten study this year will engage us in a spiritual journey into the heart of our faith. Our journey will begin on Ash Wednesday, March 1st, and continue with sessions on  Wednesday March 8, 15, 22 and 29 at 7pm and Sunday, April 2 after church. Our class sessions will include the use of the labyrinth, a concentric path with no dead ends that winds toward a central opening. It will conclude on April 2 with an opportunity to walk the labyrinth either here at CCNF or somewhere nearby.

The labyrinth has been used for centuries as a walking meditation and means of spiritual discernment. Whether the labyrinth is “walked” by following the path with one’s finger on a handheld labyrinth or following the path by actually walking a room-sized one, the exercise has a surprising ability to help us draw closer to the heart of God. All are welcome.
