Part-Time Faith Formation Coordinator
The Faith Formation Coordinator will oversee religious education programs, coordinate volunteers and teachers, support family and community engagement, and collaborate with Church leadership to foster a welcoming and vibrant faith community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sharing the faith, nurturing meaningful relationships, and creating engaging opportunities for people of all ages to grow in their relationship with God.
Qualified applicants are required to complete a background check and must adhere to Safe Church Policy. This is a part-time, 10-15 hours a week position with flexibility, including Sundays.
Qualifications
- A strong commitment to Christian faith and the mission of the church.
- Experience in religious education, ministry, teaching, youth programming, or volunteer coordination preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Pastor, staff, families, and volunteers.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for developing engaging faith-based programs.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, email, and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to complete required background checks, safeguarding training, and other applicable requirements.
Compensation: From $22 per hour
