Several of the ministries that CCNF volunteers are involved in could use donations.

  • Bundles of Care: Our church offers the Bundles of Care program to support local families in need.  We receive donations of items that are not covered by SNAP and our local food pantry on a monthly basis. These are then distributed monthly to those who request help.  The next sign up deadline is July 26 for distribution on Tuesday, Aug. 9.  
  1. Donations of Cleaning supplies, Personal Hygiene Items, snacks and drinks for children are being accepted at the church Tuesdays through Fridays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. or on Sundays before or after the worship service.
  2. Items of particular need right now include: Dish Soap, Cleaning Sprays, Razors & Shaving Cream, Shampoo & Conditioner, Paper Towels  Please note: Make sure donations of bottled items are “regular size” or even small. Warehouse sizes do not work well for this program.

A Mother’s Love: Our church has partnered with Central Christian Church in downtown Danbury to participate in this program, which distributes food and essentials to single mothers in need.

  1. A Mother’s Love currently needs donations of diapers, sizes 2 through 6, and wipes. You can bring donations to the Congregational Church of New Fairfield during the day Tuesdays through Fridays or on Sunday before or after the worship service.
