The Middle School Youth Group will be participating in the Souper Bowl of Caring on Sunday, February 7th. We are collecting food and other non-perishable items to be donated to local organizations who help to alleviate hunger. This is our 14th year to participate and we have raised over $3700 and collected over 3,100 food items. Our recipients this year will be the New Fairfield Food Pantry, ARC Comida Program and Dorothy Day Hospitality House.
Items can be brought to church before Sunday, Feb 7th or donated at Stop & Shop in New Fairfield on the afternoon of Feb 7th.
Our Compassionate Kids group will be sorting all the food and preparing it for delivery.
